This weekend marks a very special time in the life of K im Burrell.Occurring right now in real time Burrell is being  installed as senior pastor of  Houston’s Love and Liberty Fellowship Church. This weekends installation services include iconic features/Pastors Shirley Caesar, Bishop Hezekiah Walker and guest speaker Bishop Liston Page II, Senior Pastor of The Highway Church of Patterson, NJ.  The installation service was today at Saturday at 12 noon.

But this is no overnight occurrence.In the last 12 months we have all watched an amazing story unfold.From three undetected heart attacks, to 100lbs shed along with the box many wanted to keep her in…2010 was Lady Kim’s year to declare “I’m here! and Living the New Life”. Burrell started 2010 with a new look and a new message, that many were not ready for!!!

By February of 2010 she was letting the world know that the Burrell Brand and the Lewis Agency “Are a Team” . Check out her very interesting 2010 Valentines Day Video…

But as the days after her relaunch followed, she slowed  down and took the time to hold a press conference . Giving fans a full understanding of her new found confidence. Letting us all know “I Believe In You & Me” she makes the unofficial announcement  “ One of the greatest love of my life is the ‘Love and Liberty Fellowship Church, where God has called me to lead people closer to God” .By 9:55 when shes singing ‘Without You’ your very soul will be touched.Let’s watch…

Below she does an interview at the 2010 BET Awards really ministering about discernment and her love for people. When asked whats next for her she reveals that her upcoming album will include a collaboration with Stevie Wonder, LeAndria Johnson.

By september of 2010 after many many years of being known primarily for relaying the Gospel through song, she released this statement:

“Love & Liberty Fellowship Church is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the evangelical Christian faith, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and thier fellow human beings. We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and the community.”Pastor Kim Burrell

**MyHoustonGOSPEL**The church is located on the north side of Houston, TX at 16730 Hedgecroft, with services held Sundays at 4pm. This should be the perfect service for those that don’t get out of bed until most church services are closed or the person that doesn’t get all they need from their earlier services.

She recently held a “shed” event at the church that introduced her to the local music community and served as a forum for other artists. It also featured a suprise visit from Whitney Houston.**MyHoustonGOSPEL**
