In a recent report from Spotlight Mag, it is reveled that Darius Paulk the instant success writer of VaShawn Mitchell’s famed worship song “Nobody Greater” may have had help in the studio. Travis Malloy an emerging new artist out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who signed with Cory Rooney Entertainment last year made a very bold statement recently.The 23 year old has  filed a application for copyright with the U.S. Copyright Office for the music “he” wrote for “Nobody Greater”. Its said that Mr. Malloy helped compose the music and write lyrics written by Darius Paulk. The US Copyright Office has issued a copyright to Mr. Malloy, SR 680-801.

In his  lawsuit, Malloy argues that he has not received writing credit nor royalties from radio airplay or music sales for the song. Paulk, who is aware that an action has been filed but has not actually seen it, adamantly denies that Malloy has any claim to authorship.All parties will have a chance to address the allegations which Travis Malloy still contends he wrote the music to VaShawn Mitchell’s song and the court has set a conference date for November 14, 2011.

Sooo who really wrote “Nobody Greater”??? Well lets just say they both did and see everybody at the family reunion this summer!
