News regarding the late pastor, Zachery Tims, and the unsolved mystery of his death has grown into a debate between Tims‘ family and Representatives of the New York City Law Department. The autopsy for Tims‘ unexpected death in a Times Square hotel will not be released until later this month. Once the cause of death is known, Tims family must give reason to the NYC Law Department as to why they cannot disclose of the information.

“The City feels it’s important to make this information available to the public”, Representative Ave Maria Brennan from NYC’s Law Department states. Unless Tims‘ family has a ground basis, the Department will release the sacred information regarding Tims‘ death for the public eye to see, including the ministry of Tims‘ New Destiny Christian Center.
